Eine Zugänglichmachung oder Weitergabe an Dritte ist strikt untersagt oder muss durch die ART.EMIS als Verwalter der Urheberrechte genehmigt werden.

Pipers Of The World setzt sich für den Schutz des geistigen Eigentums ein. Aus Respekt zum Schutz der Leistungen von Urhebern wie z.B. Komponisten, Arrangeuren und Textern sind die im geschlossenen Bereich zur Verfügung gestellten Inhalte; insbesondere Downloads von Ton und Bildmaterial, sowie Noten und Texten ausschließlich im Rahmen der Tätigkeit für Pipers Of The World zu verwenden. Eine Verwendung für andere Zwecke oder die Zugänglichmachung oder Weitergabe an Dritte ist strikt untersagt.

Der Speicherung der personenbezogenen Daten sowie der Kontaktaufnahme per Telefon, Email oder Fax durch die art.emis Entertainment GmbH, Alt Kladow 20, 14089 Berlin wird ausdrücklich zugestimmt. Die Daten werden nur für interne Zwecke der art.emis Entertainment GmbH gespeichert und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.

Durch die Bewerbung und deren Annahme wird ausdrücklich und unwiderruflich das Einverständnis zur sachlich, örtlich und zeitlich uneingeschränkten Nutzung der im Zusammenhang mit Pipers Of The World künftig erstellten Audio, Foto und Filmaufnahmen, auf denen der Bewerber zu hören und zu sehen ist, durch Pipers Of The World, vertreten durch die art.emis Entertainment GmbH, Alt Kladow. 20, 14089 Berlin, erklärt.

Um in rechtlichen Belangen sowie bei der Produktion und Promotion auf einem sicheren Fundament arbeiten zu können, bedarf es einer professionellen Organisation. Pipers Of The World ist eine Marke der art.emis Entertainment GmbH und wird durch diese in allen rechtlichen Belangen vertreten.
